New Pictures — Robert Pattinson’s New Do!
New pictures of Eclipse hottie Robert Pattinson have surfaced from this past weekend. And it appears that he got his hair cut! ! Rob was spotted in LA on Sunday (May 16), with his full time bodyguard.
In all seriousness, he looks good no matter what! Change is good once in awhile.

Official ‘Eclipse’ Action Figures?
Above are Eclipse action figures of Edward Cullen, Victoria, and Jacob Black. No word yet if these are official or not!
There is a possibility that these are indeed the official action figures. If you go to ToysOnFire.com you can pre-order a Edward, Jacob, or Victoria action figure from Eclipse. However, it shows no picture of the actual merchandise.

Stephenie Meyer Doing ‘Eclipse’ Press With ‘Twilight’ Fansites!
In a recent entry on her Official Website, Twilight Saga author Stephenie Meyer stated that although she enjoyed the press junkets for Twilight, and appearing on Oprah for New Moon. She wanted to do something different for Eclipse -
Hey guys,
I want to do something different with publicity for this movie release. For Twilight, I did the normal press junket, for New Moon I got to go on Oprah. Both of these were fun, exciting experiences. However, they both had the same drawback—the interviews were designed for a very broad audience, and because of that, most of the questions were about things you guys have known the answers to for years. I feel like all of the basic questions have been answered, and for Eclipse I want to focus on the more specific questions of the readers. To accomplish that, I’m hosting my own mini-junket with a few fansites. It will be held on Friday, June 18th, the week before the L.A. premiere.
Unfortunately, I can’t talk to every single site, and I want to keep this as low key and enjoyable as possible. So I put all the U.S. fansites in a hat (for logistical reasons, we had to keep this in the country) and drew out four names.
The names I drew were:
Each of these sites is invited to send two members of their staff (or one member and a guest) to our fan-centric mini-junket. You will be contacted shortly by my assistant, who will give you all the specific information. In the event that any of the sites is unable to send representatives, I’ve already drawn four back up sites, which I will post if it becomes necessary.

Reminder: Nikki Reed & Robert Pattinson Will Appear On The Ellen Show This Week!
We previously reported that Eclipse Vampire Nikki Reed (aka Rosalie Hale) will appear on the Ellen Degenres Show on May 18th (which will be taped on May 17th), and that Robert Pattinson (aka Edward Cullen) will make another appearance on the show on May 19th (his segment will be taped on May 18th).

HitFix has reported that Jimmy Kimmel Live will be celebrating all things Eclipse by having a one hour Eclipse special, on Wednesday June 23, with Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner, Dakota Fanning, Bryce Dallas Howard, Xavier Samuel, plus other special Guests!!
Titled “Jimmy Kimmel Live: Twilight Saga: Total Eclipse of the Heart,” the special will air from 10:01-11:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 23.ABC boasts that this will be the only joint primetime appearance by “Twilight” stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner. And if that’s not enough, co-stars Dakota Fanning, Bryce Howard and Xavier Samuel will be on-hand, plus “special guests.”

USA Today has a new interview (along with a new picture!) of Eclipse stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner. The trio was previously in Chicago taping the special Oprah Twilight segment, when they sat down with USA Today and talked all things Twilight -

Lucky girl, right? “Yeah, but that’s in the movies,” Stewart says about bringing to life the modern-day Gothic heroine from the insanely popular Twilight book series (85 million copies sold so far). “I’m just the ultimate fan. If you read a story and you like it andconnect to it, it probably means you’ve inserted yourself in the story, and I get to do that on the most glorified level possible.”
“It’s so nice sometimes, preaching to the converted,” says Pattinson, 24, the London-born overnight sex symbol and primary reason for the screams. Thanks to his devoted worshipers, he has been elevated from a little-known Harry Potter supporting player to one of Time’s 100 most influential people in the world in less than three years. They were out in force the night before at a Winfrey-sponsored screening of an unfinished print of Eclipse. Afterward, a firestorm of fan Tweets rife with “OMGs” gushed about the much-anticipated sequel to 2008’s Twilight and last year’s New Moon.
Their profiles have grown with each film, and celebrity status does afford them the chance to mingle with their own idols. Although, more often than not, the other stars are the ones bedazzled as they request autographs for their Twilight-crazed kids.
“I took a picture with Ron Howard last year at the Oscars,” Pattinson recalls. “I thought it was the funniest thing. I asked, ‘Is it for your kids?’ He said, ‘No, it’s for me. I want to have it on my phone.’ ” Making the situation even odder: Howard’s daughter, Bryce Dallas Howard, is in Eclipse.
Alas, Pattinson has yet to run into his favorite, Jack Nicholson.
Stewart pipes up: “I have.”
Pattinson: “What? When did you meet?”
Stewart: “At a screening for Into the Wild,” her 2007 coming-of-age drama directed by Sean Penn. “He was exactly like you think he would be.”
Pattinson, sounding peeved: “You never told me that.”
Lautner joins in. “I didn’t meet him but I sat next to him at a Lakers game.”
Pattinson, utterly exasperated: “What?”

As you might recall with The Twilight Saga: New Moon, bringing CGI werewolves to the big screen is a rather mechanical process, and many of the Twilight series' castmembers have reflected on the difficulty of (or at least humor in) bringing emotion to a confrontation with what is basically a piece of cardboard shaped like (as Edi Gathegi has suggested before) a "cow."
So, Kristen Stewart's task in being affectionate to and petting the werewolf version of "Jacob" was difficult, but Taylor Lautner stepped up to ease the process.
Here's the story as told by USA Today:
He waffles over the wisdom of sharing an anecdote about the scene in which the vicious horse-sized beast sweetly nuzzles Bella and she scratches his ear. After a little coaxing, he relents.
"That day I came on set and put on this tight gray spandex suit ..."
"There is dialogue and I talk to him," Stewart explains. "I said, 'How am I going to do this without Taylor?' " So instead of the actress pretending that a massive computer-animated wolf was nearby, Lautner volunteered to be its stand-in.
"Basically, it looked like a Teletubby," he continues about his outfit. "I had this circle on the face but everything else was covered. It was weird. But, yeah, I stood there and would literally bend over ..."
"I would actually pet his head," Stewart adds.
Robert Pattinson also revealed that he was extremely nervous about the day that they would shoot the Eclipse proposal sequence.
"I was dreading the day it was coming," he says of the scene that was held until the very end of the shoot. "The first time I read the script, I thought, 'This is impossible.' " References to "promenades" and sharing "iced tea on the porch" as Edward explains how he would have courted Bella in the old days especially stuck in his throat. "It's so earnest. I finally convinced the producers that you can play it with a bit of awareness of not being a fictional character. I'm not trying to be part of a Gothic novel."
When Pattinson finally watched it, however, he was pleasantly surprised. "It seems different when you see it."

Twilight' star Anna Kendrick to present at the MTV Movie Awards

Kendrick, who is nominated for "Best Breakout Star" for her work in Up In The Air, was among the announced list of presenters for this year's awards show.
Also included on the list were Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Kevin James, Rob Schneider, and others.
The MTV Movie Awards will air on June 6th at 9:00 p.m. EST, and the Twilight series received several nominations for the show.

MTV to air Muse's 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' soundtrack and special film footage
MTV and VH1 will be the exclusive on-air and online outlets to globally premiere the new video from multi-platinum group Muse. “Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever),” the lead single from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse - Original Motion Picture Soundtrack, will feature never-before-seen footage from Summit Entertainment’s The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and debut on MTV, VH1, MTV2, mtvU, MTV Hits, MTV.com, and VH1.com as well as on MTV and VH1’s international channels on Thursday, May 20 at 8pm ET/5PM PT.
NME.com is also reporting that the song will be debuted on its avenues tonight as well.Muse are set to premiere a brand new song this evening (May 17).
The band are set to release 'Neutron Star Collision (Love Is Forever)' tonight at 7.30pm (BST), after a 30-second teaser was recently posted on Muse.mu.
The song is the lead single from the The Twilight Saga: Eclipse soundtrack, released on June 8 and set to feature the likes of The Dead Weather, Florence And The Machine and Vampire Weekend.

'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' - Summit Ent.
In the clip, which is available on the iPhone and iPod Twilight Tracker app (see here), a few new snippets from the film are revealed, including an image of the Cullen family around the post-battle fire, an angry Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria (as well as a pretty amazing new piece of stuntwork), and a few new quotes from the film.
"Every move I make hurts someone," is one of the new quotes from Bella, and Jacob also adds "I can give you more than him."
