*SPOILERS* Two new ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’ casting rumors revealed
So far with The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, no official casting announcements (other than the return of prior castmates) have been made by film studio Summit Entertainment, but at least one addition to the group has announced himself (Rami Malek, of course, who’s thought to be portraying “Benjamin”).
Otherwise, we’ve seen the names Lee Pace and Kayla D.thrown around (“Garrett” and “Renesmee” respectively) to no avail, and now at least two more join the fun as their names have been posted to IMDb.com’s pages for Breaking Dawn Part 1 and Part 2.
The first is Drew Roy, who the site notes is “rumored” to play “Nahuel.” That character, if you can’t quite place the name, is the one which [*spoiler alert*] which comes in at the very end as proof that “Renesmee” wasn’t the only one of her kind in the world and that she would grow up to normal size like the mortal that she is. As the Twilight Saga Wiki points out, ”Nahuel is described as an extremely handsome young latin man with rich dark brown skin, eyes the color of warm teak, and extremely attractive features. He wears his black hair in braid past his shoulders.” Drew Roy is a film and TV veteran of Hannah Montana, Greek, and others, and you can check out a picture of him here.
The second is Guri Weinberg, who IMDb.com has listed as “Stefan.” “Stefan” was one of the two Romanian vampires who had a particular distaste for the “Volturi” and hoped to see them fall once and for all. Per Twilight Wiki, “He has black hair and dresses in all black.” Guri Weinberg has been in films like Munich and You Don’t Mess With The Zohan. A good photo of him is available here.
Now, the fact that they’re listed on IMDb.com is far from a confirmation of their involvement, since the site is often incorrect (it had a new actress – not Tinsel Korey – listed as “Emily” for a while in Eclipse even after New Moon had been released, for instance). However, every now and again (with Rami Malek, e.g.), such information will be accurate.
Until there’s official word from the appropriate sources (Summit Entertainment, primarily), though, nothing is for sure. Still, it’s fun to discuss these things as they come along . . . so, what are your thoughts on these two for these roles?

‘Eclipse’ hits DVD/Blu-ray on December 4
In keeping with the successful release strategies of the first two movies, Summit will be releasingEclipse on a non-traditional release day and will hype the release with a special midnight availability. So, whether you’re Team Edward or Team Jacob, one thing both camps can agree upon is that they’ll be staying up late on Friday December 3 to make sure they are the first ones to own the latest offering.
Summit will be releasing two versions in both DVD and Blu-ray formats. There will be a movie only version ($28.99 DVD / $34.99 Blu-ray suggested retail) and a feature-laden 2 Disc Special Edition ($32.99 DVD / $40.99 Blu-ray suggested retail). The 2 Disc Special Edition Blu-ray will also be a combo pack containing both DVD and Blu-ray versions of the film.

Oh, No! R.Pattz, K.Stew and Taylor WONT BE ATTENDING this year’s VMAs
Sad news alert!
You won’t be seeing Twilight‘s biggest stars this weekend—at least not on Sunday at the MTV Video Music Awards…
Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are not—we repeat, not—expected to attend the big Chelsea Handler-hosted shindig. It’ll be weird without them, but with no projects (i.e., Breaking Dawn) to promote, there’s no major reason for the trio to be there.
Plus, they’re busy. Rob’s been on holiday while Kristen and Taylor are off filming nonbloodsucking projects.
No word on other Twi- plans for the VMAs, but we wouldn’t be surprised if some of the vampire saga’s other costars show up at the VMAs to represent.
And now for the seriously more hard-core Twi-hards out there, Summit Entertainment is celebrating Bella’s upcoming birthday by rereleasing Eclipse in theaters starting on Friday.
In other movie—but not Twilight—news, the late night place to be at the Venice Film Festival appears to be the popup outpost of Amy Sacco’s famed New York club Bungalow 8. Joaquin Phoenix and Casey Affleck have been regulars, according to a fellow clubgoer. Clive Owen was there last night, as was Ben Affleck, who had dinner with Jeremy Renner. Sunday’s guest list included Darren Aronofsky, Quentin Tarantino, Robert Rodriguez and Naomi Campbell.

Robert Pattinson Goes On the Road
After spending a guys’ night out in L.A. last Friday, Robert Pattinson packed up and hit the road with a few of his pals, stopping first in Arizona on Saturday night and continuing on to New Mexico..
There was a bearded sighting of Rob in Santa Fe, where he told a restaurant patron he was road tripping with some guy friends.
Now where to, exactly?
We can’t help but think he’s heading out to see Kristen Stewart, who’s filming On the Road in New Orleans.
Rob was spotted having dinner with a few friends at Galisteo Bistro Sunday night in New Mexico. There were a couple of excited fan tweets, and another girl who worked at the restaurant posted on her Facebook page how Rob was “very polite, quiet, undouchey and knows his wine.”
Yup, that sounds like the R.Pattz we know and love! And apparently Rob is still truckin’ on east…
Scruffy Pattinson, dressed in dark jeans, a dark gray tee, a white over shirt and baseball cap, was spotted out at a bar Monday night in Lubbock, Texas, where he took some pics with some very excited girls.
Rob and his boys were at Crickets Draft Bar and it eventually became so overflowed with fans, police came to escort him out the back alley where more girls were outside—some even in their pajamas they were so excited just to catch a glimpse of R.P.
Still, we’re told by patrons inside the bar Rob was “very, very nice” to people who approached him. One guy in the road trip crew sang karaoke while Rob was bopping in his seat to Michael Jackson‘s “PYT.”
Speaking of pretty young thing’s, we’re convinced R.Pattz is on his way to visit Stewart.
Stewart is scheduled to be filming in New Orleans until early next week, so if Rob is heading that way, why wouldn’t he pay his gal a visit? He has been on such good behavior here in L.A.; he should be rewarded and get to see his babe and BFF.
Rob left Lubbock yesterday morning (some people claim to have seen him at an IHOP and at a Jiffy Lube) to get back on the road. We’ll keep ya posted on where he goes after he’s safely fled the area.

Sofia Coppola talks about why she was interested in directing ‘The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn’
You probably remember a few months back when the director choice for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 wasn’t quite made, and there were three directors being talked about for the job: Bill Condon (who was later chosen, of course), Gus Van Sant, and Sofia Coppola.
Well, Sofia Coppola spoke with MTV about why she was vying for the position in the first place, saying “I was interested in doing something but I didn’t end up doing it. But I love, I’m impressed by Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattison pulling it off in that whole story . . . And my friend’s kids love the story so much that I thought it would be fun to make something that they love so much . . . I just love that it’s so romantic.”
Bill Condon’s opening words to Twilight fans, you might recall, carried a similar vibe. “The wonderful world that Stephenie has created has obviously struck a chord with you, and I don’t think it’s difficult to see why. For me, her characters are simultaneously timeless, yet very modern. Rooted in a beautiful, real landscape with a great sense of place, Bella, Edward, Jacob, and the rest of the Forks/La Push menagerie, experience emotions that are primal, and universal: desire, despair, jealousy – and it all comes to fruition in BREAKING DAWN. This is a final chapter in the best sense; not just wide in scope and scale, but emotionally charged and intense throughout,” he said.
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn (both) starts production this winter.
