Nikki Reed reveals she'd like to work with 'Twilight' director Catherine Hardwicke again
In a new interview with Cinema Blend, Nikki Reed ("Rosalie Hale" in the Twilight series) took time to explain some of the back story associated with how she came to be a part of Last Day Of Summer, her film with DJ Qualls which releases September 17th, and in the interview, Reed explained that she'd like to work with Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke again.
Reed and Hardwicke worked together to create Thirteen, and Reed also starred in Lords Of Dogtown by Hardwicke before becoming a part of Twilight.
"The wonderful thing about Catherine and I is that there’s a genuine mutual respect and now I’m not the only one because the world has seen her work. I truly believe in her and I think she’s just so gifted and so talented and I guess I can confidently say now that she thinks the same of me because she keeps putting me in her movies and there’s no reason for that other than she thinks I’m talented and that’s really flattering. We don’t really hang out in our personal lives. In fact, I’ve spoken to her once in the last year and a half via e-mail; she’s doing a movie somewhere and I’m proud of her and happy for her, but we have a really great working relationship and so I’m positive that at some point or another I will be working with Catherine again."
Reed also explained that the music video she directed for Sage wasn't the only one she worked on and that "there’s a second video that I directed at the same time, simultaneously when I did the first one that was just released, so we’re working on editing that and releasing that."

Stephenie Meyer gives an update on the Official Twilight Guide
Twifans.com was among the fansites that were invited to a junket with Stephenie Meyer in June, and they asked the Twilight author about the status of the Official Twilight Guide. Here is what Steph had to say.
SM: Oh no, no, it’s continuing. It just…it keeps evolving. So then we have to catch up… I don’t know. I hope that when it comes out, it’s amazing. Because it seems like a lot of effort has been put into it at this point. And it is kind of evolving, and “let’s do this, no let’s do this”. It’s going to have a lot of great information, and it’s really cool. I think my favorites are the genealogy charts for the Quileutes. They are beautiful….they’re lovely.Read more and hear the audio at Twifans.com.
TST: We want to know when it’s going to be done. That’s what everyone wants to know. They’re like “I’ve pre-ordered it!”
SM: Now it’s like, okay, do I have to go back and add some Bree stuff now too? I guess I kinda do.
Alison: It’s almost like you have to wait until everything is (inaudible) ya know? Like a family scrapbook. You just keep adding all the….
SM: Well, there’s a lot of people involved and then collating all this information and putting it all together. It’s a lot of…..it’s interesting, because there have been some guides put out that have SO much misinformation, they are dead wrong; I think you can figure out from the books, they’re dead wrong! So it’s my mission that this has everything correct. Which would be great. Hopefully, not forever…..to go on it, we’ll see. You know….movies interrupt things a lot. Movies are a time-sucker!

Jackson plays n excellent “mean guy” and supper sexy (a little jackson bare butt action going on in one scene)
Shannon as Candy was the perfect choice, could not see anyone else playing that role.
Evan…What a gifted actor. His performance is hard to put into words…He made us laugh and cry. Truly a talented man!
I don’t want to give to much of the movie away but its something fresh and exciting! A MUST watch!
The Q&A was great the director (Justin Lerner) talked about…
