Kristen and Dakota Interview
HitFix has an interview with Dakota Fanning and Kristen Stewart.
They talk The Runaways.
Check it all out here.
Here is an excerpt:
Q: How hard was it to do the love scenes for you guys? Was it awkward at first? We are seeing something we hadn’t seen from either of you in your earlier roles.
Stewart: We never made out with a chick before? (Laughs.)
Fanning: I mean, it was only one scene. It was one day.
Stewart: It was in the script as a really fleeting thing. It was sort of also written very abstractly and vaguely. ‘Did they? Yeah, they did.’ Y’know what I mean? So, yeah and I feel it’s that way for them too. The fact it’s been called a ‘love scene’ or the fact ‘So, tell us about your romantic involvement?’ is like ‘What?’
Q: Did you improvise a little bit or have fun?
Stewart: Oh, yeah. (Laughs.)
Fanning: I mean, I think it’s just something that happened. I don’t even know if they have talked about it since. Y’know what I mean? It was just a thing and in the script it was just another thing. It’s not that big of a deal.
Kristen and Dakota Interview
IESB has an interview with Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning
They talk about their movie The Runaways.
Check it all out here.
Here is an excerpt:
At the film’s press day, co-stars Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning, who also appear in the Twilight Saga films together, talked about tackling these roles, their own experiences with stardom and fans, and how much they loved their wardrobe.
Q: What was it like for you guys to get into playing Joan Jett and Cherie Currie? Kristen, you and Joan seem to have a similar energy, but Dakota, you seem so different from Cherie Currie. How was it to portray these women?
Dakota: I think it’s a huge departure from other roles that I’ve played, and me, in real life. It’s obviously very different from things that I’ve done before, and it will be different for people to see, but I like that. I like surprising people with different things that I can do. That’s what I love to do. And, I hope to do more roles like this, in the future.
Kristen: Me and Joan really do understand each other, and that’s a rare thing. Connection is not something that’s common, or easy to describe. But, I really actually think that we both have a lot of idiosyncracies and ticks that are really different. I don’t have her little things that she does. And, I also think that, especially based on when I did this movie and how much time I had to think about doing the movie before I went to go make it, I’ve done a lot of press within that time and I was sort of wearing her. People projected that onto me, a little bit. I really do feel like it was an easy thing to step into, and it wasn’t a huge departure, but I do feel a little bit like I was just in that head space and projected that a little bit.
Kristen talks Kissing Dakota
Kristen Stewart talked with Access Hollywood about her kissing scene with Dakota Fanning in The Runaways.
Check it all out here.
Here is a sexy little excerpt:
Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning share a smooch in their new rock ‘n’ roll movie, “The Runaways,” but Kristen said one thing got in the way – the law.
“She was 15, and I wasn’t allowed to grope her,” Kristen, 19, told Access Hollywood on Wednesday at the press junket for her new rocker film. “I’m actually not kidding, there are major restrictions that I don’t remember [from] when I was younger.
“I don’t want to give anything way. It’s a really passionate, hardcore scene,” she continued. “No, it’s just a kiss. It’s not really a big deal.”
Ten Things to Love in the Eclipse’ Trailer
FearNet has up a great article on ten things they loved to see in the Eclipse Trailer, oh I loved them too!!
You can check it all out here.
Below are a few they mention (I must say the scenery is breathtaking, David did a fantastic job filming this incredible landscape!!!)
David Slade’s Naturalistic Cinematography
It’s been clear through Slade’s on-set Tweets that the man has an eye for gorgeous photography; that sensibility is evident in the way he’s chosen to film Eclipse, with naturalistic cinematography unlike both Catherine Hardwicke’s lo-fi Twilight and Chris Weitz’s crisp and polished New Moon. The landscapes we see in the trailer, all mountains and sparkling rivers and muted light peeking through the clouds, emphasize the setting of Eclipse’s big showdown (without a single glimpse of Victoria’s new hunting ground, Seattle) with location filming that looks fantastically authentic.
First Look at the New Victoria in Action
No matter how you feel about Rachelle Lefevre’s departure from the Twilight franchise, you’re just going to have to get used to Bryce Dallas Howard’s new Victoria. So it’s a good thing that the trailer introduces her in a big way, by leaping across a river in one impressive effects shot. More importantly, it also shows how Slade’s vampire action might solve the weightlessness problem of Twilight’s wire work while feeling more realistic (i.e. not too CG heavy) than that in New Moon. (Then again, we don’t know how his fight action will look just yet.)
More Shirtless Jacob Posing, If You Like That Sort of Thing
Of course, there’s the obligatory shot of a shirtless Jacob, standing tall in the mountains as his bare chest glows in the sunlight. And he’s upgraded to khakis.
What else is there to be seen in Eclipse
The Twilight Examiner has up another great article talking about things we have yet to see in Eclipse.
Make sure you check out the article she lists a number of great things.
Check it out here.
Yeah and I just Love Jane in that pic!!!
Here are some I’m looking forward to:(and tent yes we need tent threesome please, lol) Oh and so excited about Seth and Leah they are my fav characters. I can’t wait!!!!
* The Third Wife
One scene that a lot of Team La Push fans or Team Billy Black fans look forward to is the story-telling scene with Gil Birmingham. In the book, Bella is allowed to sit in on a tribal meeting where Black reveals the legends and stories of his tribe. One portion of the story that really sticks out to and affects Bella is the “third wife” scene. Chances are, if Eclipse is anything like the prior two movies, a bit of vision will accompany the story. Perhaps, then, we’ll get to see some of that story (and the third wife of legend) unfold on-screen as well.
* Leah and Seth
As two of the only roles cast for Eclipse, Leah Clearwater (Julia Jones) and Seth Clearwater (Boo Boo Stewart) are two people that we’ll finally get to see in Eclipse. The two are siblings in human form, and they both become important members of the wolfpack in Eclipse. So, not only will we get to see these two characters in their human form, but we’ll also get to see them in wolf form (hope Seth’s fur is sandy!).
Comparison of Eclipse Quotes between the trailer and the book
The Twilight Examiner has up a pretty cool article that compares lines from the Eclipse Trailer to lines in the book.
Check them all out here.
Below are a couple:
Trailer: “Isabella Swan, I promise to love you every moment of forever,” Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen.
Book: “Isabella Swan? I promise to love you forever — every single day of forever. Will you marry me?” Edward Cullen, page 460.
Trailer: “She’s still human,” and “the Volturi don’t give second chances,” Dakota Fanning as Jane.
Book: “We don’t make exceptions,” she said. “And we don’t give second chances. It’s bad for our reputation.

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Faninng on Hit Fix and IESB
Yesterday was press day for the Runaways and two of the better interviews out there were done by IESB and Hit Fix.
First from IESB:
Q: What was it like for you guys to get into playing Joan Jett and Cherie Currie? Kristen, you and Joan seem to have a similar energy, but Dakota, you seem so different from Cherie Currie. How was it to portray these women?
Dakota: I think it’s a huge departure from other roles that I’ve played, and me, in real life. Next From Hit Fix:
Q: Can you talk about your own musical tastes? And what you learned about rock n’ roll attitude from Cherie and Joan?
Stewart: Ah, I think that I have a pretty varied taste in music I think. And it is primarily rock music big umbrella that I am, I am not into hip-hop. But, I do like both. This was a cool experience because there are a lot of bands that Joan is really influenced by like the Stones which she is obsessed with and just sort of obvious. Like, she listens to Zeppelin and loses her mind. And I just abbreviated both of those bands and I sound like…(Laughs.) Um, it was cool to get to know music that was just like a little bit harder or just a bit obscure. I mean Suzi Quatro is not something that is a staple of our generation. So, and in terms of being able to play Rock n’ Roll? I really, really love this movie because in many ways they were the first girl band which is crazy and people don’t know that too. And there’s an aggression and an assertiveness that comes through their music. And at the same time its so feminine. It’s a distinct aggression. It’s not a male. And I love that and that’s why the movie is cool or should be cool.
Q: Dakota, can you talk about your musical tastes and what you learned about rock ‘n’ roll?
Fanning: Well I think my musical tastes have definitely been broadened by this movie and I have really found that I can’t get out of listening to the Runaways and Joan, because it brings back the memories of the movie and I love it so much and it makes me happy. (Laughs). So, I listen to that a lot. Before that? I love music, but I’m not a huge music person. I don’t listen to a ton of music, but that’s definitely changed after doing this. And I really wanted to be a part of this to bring the Runaways to them before because I wasn’t aware of them before and I feel that’s a lot of people in our generation and I think that’s wrong. 10 Interesting Tidbits When You Pause the Trailer
- The initial shot of the Summit logo has the early Eclipse treatment ghosted in the background with the Eclipse breaking over the mountain top.
- Mark .19 Is that a shiny engagement ring we see on Bella’s finger, or did Edward’s sparkles rub off?
- Mark .25 Enter the four Volturi: Demetri, Alec, Jane, Felix. Here’s to more lines from all of them!
- Mark.29 Kristen’s “hide the mullet” wig looks pretty good here.
- Mark .32 Is that a Quileuete tribal design Edward is clutching, or is it a graphic of a vampire found back when Bella looked up vampire myths in Twilight.
- Mark .35 The Target purple comforter is back. If Target would actually still sell that in wider distribution, they’d make a mint!
- Mark .40 Welcome back Sarah Clarke as Renee!

Top things yet to be seen in 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse'
'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' - Summit Ent.
For instance, it offered a first glimpse of Bryce Dallas Howard in the role of "Victoria."
Also, it showed a teeny snippet of what the proposal scene between Edward (Robert Pattinson) and Bella (Kristen Stewart) will look like.
A little over a minute and a half's worth of material thusly revealed a great wealth of information to fans about what the film has in store.
However, there are still quite a few things yet to be seen with The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and here's a run-down of what some of those things are.
- Graduation
- The Third Wife
- Leah and Seth
- Jasper Hale (yee-haw!)
- Edward's Motorcycle
- Bella's Helmet
- Rosalie as Human
- Riley, Bree, and the Newborns
- The Ring
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' trailer, website, and quotes revealed
'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' - Summit Ent.
The ten second teaser issued yesterday is indeed a part of the theatrical trailer, but it is the least of all things where this teaser is concerned.
In the new video, quite a few quotes from the project are revealed.
For starters, a portion of Edward's proposal to Bella seems to have been included.
"Isabella Swan, I promise to love you every moment of forever," he says.
Then, we get a glimpse of the Volturi guard, and Jane says "She's still human," and "the Volturi don't give second chances."
Pan back to Bella's bedroom where she and Edward lay talking . . .
"Why are you so against me becoming like you?" she asks.
"I know the consequences of the decision you're making," he answers.
Then we get a glimpse of both Charlie and Renee.
"After a few decades, everyone you know will be dead," he continues.
Of course, enter Jacob.
"You wouldn’t have to change for me, Bella. I’m in love with you, and I want you to pick me instead of him," Jacob says to Bella.
After that, we get the first glimpse at the Edward/Jacob dynamic when Jacob tells Edward, "You have to consider the idea that I might be better for her than you are."
Next, Victoria is revealed.
"Edward, she found us," Bella ominously states.
Of course, her companions are, as in the book, not afraid to step up for her.
"I'll protect you no matter what," offers Edward.
"I'm going to fight for you until your heart stops beating," adds Jacob.
Aside from just quotes, the trailer introduced a few important things about The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. For starters, it showed the imagery of these particular moments. Scenic landscapes, stunning close-ups, and the like are all part and parcel of Eclipse, just as they were with Twilight and New Moon. A win for fans.
Second, Victoria is revealed. It seems that the carryover of the character from New Moon isn't going to be terribly off the mark, at least from these shots.
Another facet of the film that is revealed in this trailer is the score. If this is a sample of the work being composed by Howard Shore, then things are shaping up quite nicely in that regard as well.
While there are still a ton of moments and characters yet to be seen with Eclipse, the things provided here are quite satisfactory for a first glimpse, don't you think?
In addition to the trailer reveal, the official Twilight film website has just been re-vamped for Eclipse, and it finally contains some Eclipse content. You can check it out at EclipseTheMovie.com.
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' trailer quotes versus the book's
'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' trailer screencap
By reviewing the words used by the cast in the film as compared with those passages present in the text, one can see that the words are quite resemblant of the original quotes.
Trailer: "Isabella Swan, I promise to love you every moment of forever," Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen.
Book: "Isabella Swan? I promise to love you forever — every single day of forever. Will you marry me?" Edward Cullen, page 460.
Trailer: "She's still human," and "the Volturi don't give second chances," Dakota Fanning as Jane.
Book: "We don’t make exceptions,” she said. "And we don’t give second chances. It’s bad for our reputation. Which reminds me [. . .] Caius will be so interested to hear that you’re still human, Bella," Jane, page 578.
Trailer: "Why are you so against me becoming like you?" Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan.
Book: "You don’t want me to be a vampire." "No, I don’t," he said softly, and then he waited for more. "That’s not a question," he prompted after a moment. "Well . . . I was worrying about . . . why you feel that way," Bella and Edward, pages 272-73.
Trailer: "I know the consequences of the decision you're making. After a few decades, everyone you know will be dead," Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen.
Book: "You could do so much better, Bella. I know that you believe I have a soul, but I’m not entirely convinced on that point, and to risk yours [. . .] For me to allow this – to let you become what I am just so that I’ll never have to lose you – is the most selfish act I can imagine," Edward Cullen, page 273.
Trailer: "You wouldn’t have to change for me, Bella. I’m in love with you, and I want you to pick me instead of him," Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black.
Book: "I’m in love with you, Bella. Bella, I love you. And I want you to pick me instead of him. I know you don’t feel that way, but I need the truth out there so that you know your options. I wouldn’t want a miscommunication to stand in our way," Jacob Black, page 327. "Just think about how it could be, Bella,” he urged in a soft, eager voice. “You wouldn’t have to change anything for me. You know Charlie would be happy if you picked me. I could protect you just as well as your vampire can – maybe better. And I could make you happy, Bella," Jacob Black, page 333.
Trailer: "You have to consider the idea that I might be better for her than you are," Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black.
Book: "You love her enough that you have to see the advantages of that plan. She thinks you’re very unselfish . . . are you really? Can you consider the idea that I might be better for her than you are?" Jacob Black, page 502.
Trailer: "I'll protect you no matter what," Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen.
Book: "I won’t let anything happen to you," Edward Cullen, page 366.
Trailer: "You don’t know what you’re getting yourself into," Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan.
Book: "Jacob, I’m begging you. Stay with me," Bella Swan, page 523.
Trailer: "I'm going to fight for you until your heart stops beating," Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black.
Book: "Until your heart stops beating, Bella. I’ll be here — fighting. Don’t forget that you have options," Jacob Black, page 330.
The only one I couldn't find a direct counterpart for was "Edward, she found us," by Kristen Stewart as Bella. For the most part, though, so far so good right?
Just thought this was something you'd all enjoy seeing or perhaps find helpful.

Especially for those who can’t make it to a midnight DVD release party, or do not have one in their area.

First 'Eclipse' Trailer Thrills Twi-Hard Fans
Since the release of "New Moon," us "Twilight" fanatics have been patiently waiting for four long months to get a preview of the franchise's third installment, "Eclipse."
On Wednesday, we were treated to a 10-second teaser trailer, and boy, what a tease it was! Even though I loved every bit of it -- especially Jacob's promise to Bella, "I'm going to fight for you until your heart stops beating" -- 10 seconds is just not enough.
But fret not, fellow Twi-Hards: Summit Entertainment wasted no time in releasing the full minute-and-a-half trailer this morning, and we have it here on Yahoo! Movies so that you can watch it on loop until every scene is engrained in your brain!
The 90-second first look focuses primarily on the oh-so-tense love triangle between Edward (Robert Pattinson), Bella (Kristen Stewart), and Jacob (Taylor Lautner). We first see a breathtaking view of Forks, Washington, with its deep-green forest and expansive mountain range. Then we're taken to Edward and Bella's meadow meeting grounds, where the couple embraces amid blooming blue flowers as the dreamy vampire makes a lifelong pledge to his mortal lover.
Evil soon appears in the form of Dakota Fanning as the formidable Jane, who's flanked by other Volturi members, warning that her coven leaders won't be happy to learn that Bella is still human and that they "don't give second chances."
Bella would be more than happy to oblige the Volturi's wishes, but in the next scene, Edward reminds her that becoming a vampire means suffering painful consequences, such as outliving the people she loves. Then, we see Bella with her father and later in Florida hugging her mother.
In swoops Bella's best friend, the hunky Jacob, who reminds her that she doesn't need to change to be with him, confesses that he's in love with her, and begs her to choose him over Edward. Oh-em-Jacob! Taylor is totally swoon-worthy in this moment.
The words "It All Begins With a Choice" flash, and though readers of the novels already know who Bella will ultimately choose, it's hard not to get excited over the debate of whether she'll pick the vampire or the werewolf.
As if Edward didn't feel bad enough for constantly placing Bella in harm's way, Jacob presses him to consider the idea that perhaps Bella might be happier and safer with him. As he's saying this to Edward, we see Bella watching the sunset, perhaps also contemplating to herself if Jacob really is the better choice.
"On June 30" comes on screen (please, like we didn't already clear our calendars four months ago!), and the foreboding music alerts us that a threat is upon us. Bella announces in a frightened tone, "Edward, she found us." And with a magnificent leap and swoosh of fiery red hair, we get a glimpse of the "new" Victoria -- now played by Bryce Dallas Howard, who replaced Rachelle Lefevere. I went gaga over Rachelle's beautiful chase scene in "New Moon," so I'm not completely sold on Bryce just yet.
With Bella's life once again in grave danger, the two guys vying for her heart vow to do whatever it takes to protect her. (Lucky girl!)
At this point, I don't think any piece of "Twilight" content can ever be a disappointment. I'm at a fever pitch over this debut "Eclipse" trailer, but I'm dying to see Victoria's newborn vampire army and the infamous tent scene, where Jacob is forced to keep Bella warm while Edward looks on feeling helpless, uncomfortable, angry, and envious. I told you there was tension.

The Tale of The Two Victoria’s: Rachelle Lefevre and Bryce Dallas Howard
As we already know — Rachelle Lefevere was replaced by Bryce Dallas Howard to play the part of Victoria in Eclipse. Lefevre previously played villainous Victoria in both Twilight and New Moon. Due to supposed schedule conflicts, Rachelle was removed from the Saga.
Now that we have finally gotten an official look at Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria, what do you think of her in that role? We only have seen a small glimpse of her as Victoria. However, going by what we have seen — have any of you changed your mind on where you stand on the subject?
Those who were all for the change (not really bothered by it, aka Team Summit) — do you still feel the same? Those who were completely against the change — have you changed your mind, and accepted Bryce as Victoria?
I was most definitely upset over the whole situation in the beginning. I still feel bad for Rachelle, and really wish it didn’t come to this. I personally would like to see more of Bryce in Eclipse before I really make any solid judgments.

Trailer: “I’m going to fight for you until your heart stops beating,” Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black.
Book: “Until your heart stops beating, Bella. I’ll be here — fighting. Don’t forget that you have options,” Jacob Black, page 330.
The only one I couldn’t find a direct counterpart for was “Edward, she found us,” by Kristen Stewart as Bella. For the most part, though, so far so good right?
I Spy With My Little Eye … Bella’s Engagement Ring?!
It appears that we may have our first (fuzzy) glimpse of Bella Swan’s Engagement ring!! Check out the above image taken from the recently released Eclipse Trailer (Screencap courtesy of MTV).
Here is the description of Bella’s ring, taken directly from the novel Eclipse -
“Nestled into the black satin, Elizabeth Masen’s ring sparkled in the dim light. The face was a long oval, set with slanting rows of glittering round stones. The band was gold — delicate and narrow. The gold made a fragile web around the diamonds.”So EclipseMovie.org readers — do we have a winner? Is that Bella’s engagement ring we see on that pretty little finger? Discuss below!

Rob's "Remember Me" Diary!
The hilarious people over at TWOP.com "found" his diary from the set of Remember Me, where "Rob" dishes on stuff like his hair, his relationships and his acting philosophy.
It's all fake, but still totes juicy! A sample entry: "Emilie and I are getting pretty close. We went to a carnival, and she tried to tell me a little bit about her TV show, but it was kind of confusing. She kept talking about "Jacob," and I was like, 'Taylor Lautner's on your show?' Apparently it's a different Jacob, and all I know is, it's about an island. But I invited her to come hear my band play, and she seemed pretty psyched. Hope Kristen doesn't mind that I invited her, since that's how she and I started dating. It was different with Kristen, though. ...Right?"
Robsten going out? Even in a fantasy diary, we'll take it!
