‘Breaking Dawn’ Louisiana shoot dates

Production Weekly has tweeted the expected shoot dates for Breaking Dawn in Lousiana. I’m not sure if the dates include the Vancouver portion of the shoot, based on how the tweet was written about the Baton Rouge production office. Let you know when we find out!

In addition, Gossip Cop adds their two cents about some confusion on when production actually begins.

“There are no delays,” we’re assured. “The actors arrive on set in October for rehearsal, hair and make-up tests, etc.” Shooting begins in November, and “this has always been the plan.”
“There may be some confusion because actors have said in interviews that they start in October,” explains our insider. “Prep for the actors starts in October, [but] production has always been scheduled for November.”

Breaking Dawn’ expected to be the biggest paperback seller of the year

Retailers are expecting the publication of Stephenie Meyer’s Breaking Dawn next week to be one of the “biggest paperback releases of the year”. The fourth and final novel in the Twilight series is to be published by Atom in paperback on 19th August after being out in hardback for two years.
Sarah Clarke, Waterstone’s children’s buying manager, said: “Despite the fact that the hardback has remained at or near the top of our children’s chart since publication – it’s still number three now – we have no doubt that Breaking Dawn is going to be our biggest children’s paperback of the year. We’ll be supporting it accordingly, and look forward to some very impressive sales.”

More cast members confirmed for Kristen Stewart’s ‘On the Road’

On the Road, currently filming in Montreal, has added some more great cast members. Already announced were Kristen Stewart, Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, Viggo Mortenson, Amy Adams, and Kirsten Dunst.

Filming began on August 4th, and we received a press release announcing that Steve Buscemi, Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men), Alice Braga (Predators), Tom Sturridge (Pirate Radio), Danny Morgan (the TV show Off the Hook), and Terrence Howard. However, we don’t know which roles they’ll be playing. I’d be able to provide an educated guess but I haven’t read the book yet. It’s currently sitting in a pile of other classic works of literature that I keep by my bed to make me feel bad about myself.

Eclipse DVD To Be Released November 1, 2010???

Here is a listing from Flixter that has the release date of the Eclipse DVD as 11/1/2010. However, Summit has not officially announced a release date. The release date can’t be too soon in my opinion!
