New Film for Nikki Reed

Hayden Panettiere, of TV’s Heroes, and Nikki Reed, from the Twilight franchise, are attached to star in the high school-set thriller Downers Grove, which has been unveiled at the American Film Market.
Bret Easton Ellis has written the screenplay, based on the novel by Michael Hornberg. Nelson McCormick (Prom Night) is set to direct the feature, which will film in Louisiana in the spring.
The movie will be set in a high school in the Chicago suburb where every year, one senior dies a bizarre death before the end of the school year. Panettiere’s character fears that she’s the next victim.
The cast will also include Rebecca De Mornay.

TO BENEFIT THE EPILEPSY FOUNDATION
The Twilight Saga, the world’s hottest pop culture phenomenon,is coming LIVE to Stonebriar Centre November 12 from 5pm to 8pm.
FRISCO, Texas. November 1, 2010 ~ Two of the popular stars of the Twilight Saga films, Bronson Pelletier [left] and Kiowa Gordon (Wolf Pack members Jared and Embry), are scheduled to appear at Stonebriar Centre to sign autographs and pose for photos for Dallas area fans.
Additionally, Twilight fans will have the chance to win valuable Twilight prizes in trivia competitions. Fans are encouraged to come in costume as their favorite Twilight character and try to win Twilight themed products.
Autograph tickets for either celebrity are $20 each. A professionally shot 8” by 10” photo of a fan with both celebrities will be $35. Fans can purchase an autograph with both celebrities and a photo with both for the price of $65. Photos will be delivered on site. A portion of the sales will be donated to The Epilepsy Foundation (www.epilepsyfoundation.org).
This special Stonebriar Centre event is the kick-off for the Dallas visit of The Official Twilight Convention Tour which will arrive at The Westin Park Central on Saturday and Sunday, November 13 and 14. The convention features a weekend celebration of all things Twilight, including celebrity appearances, special presentations, contests, parties and The Volturi Vampire Ball. Eclipse Nominated For Eight Peoples Choice Awards!

GossipCop has just broke the news that Eclipse has sweeped up 8 Peoples Choice Nominations:

Eclipse and its stars earned aPeople’s Choice Awards-leading eight nominations when the nods were announced on Tuesday.
Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner each earned “favorite movie actor” nominations, while Kristen Stewart is a candidate for “favorite movie actress.”
The trio of stars are together nominated for “favorite on-screen team,” while Stewart and Pattinson are included in the “favorite movie stars under 25″ category.
Eclipse is up for “favorite movie” and “favorite drama.”
Fans can vote on the categories until December 7. The awards will be handed out on January 5, 2011 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
