Xavier Samuel (aka Riley) and fellow Twilight star Jamie Campbell Bower star in the upcoming film Anonymous by director Roland Emmerich, whcih is set to release in the US on March 25, 2011.

“It’s a mix of a lot of things: it’s a historical thriller because it’s about who will succeed Queen Elizabeth and the struggle of the people who want to have a hand in it. It’s the Tudors on one side and the Cecils on the other, and in between [the two] is the Queen. Through that story we tell how the plays written by the Earl of Oxford ended up labeled ‘William Shakespeare’.”The pic also features supporting turns by Twilight stars Xavier Samuel and Jamie Campbell Bower, as well as Harry Potter actor David Thewlis and actress Joely Richardson (who played Queen Catherine on the cable TV period drama series The Tudors).
Robert Pattinson becomes 'World's Sexiest Man'
For the second time in two years, Robert Pattinson ("Edward Cullen" in the Twilight Saga films) has been voted Glamour Magazine's "World's Sexiest Man."
According to Glamour, Pattinson came in first in the poll, and several other The Twilight Saga: Eclipse stars made the list as well.
For starters, Taylor Lautner ("Jacob Black" in the Twilight series films) received the number two spot. Then Eclipse stars Kellan Lutz ("Emmett Cullen") and Xavier Samuel ("Riley Biers") were chosen fourth and fifth.
The Twilight cast's domination of the top five is quite a coup for some, especially since celebrities like Johnny Depp were on the roster as well.
Still, Twilight fans are notorious for their ability to run a voter-driven poll, and in this case, four of the top five "World's Sexiest Men" were also Twilight stars!
In another, similar tradition, Entertainment Weekly's "Sexy Beast" poll is down to the final two, and it's Robert Pattinson as "Edward Cullen" versus Ian Somerhalder as "Damon Salvatore" (from The Vampire Diaries). The race is neck and neck (no pun intended) between the two, with Pattinson leading at 51%.
The list was tapered down from an original 64 contestants, and Ian Somerhalder thanked his Twitter followers for getting him there.
"That Pattinson guy will end up kicking my butt, however thanks for taking the time, that's really cool:)" he said.
Twilight' star Ashley Greene to present at the 2010 Video Music Awards
According to MTV, "Ashley Greene will also be among the night's presenters when the show goes live on September 12 from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles."
While the list of presenters and attendees for the 2010 VMAs is not complete, it's good to know that at least one Twilight star will represent the bunch at the event. Chances are, Ashley Greene won't be alone.
Last year, Twilight stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, and Taylor Lautner all appeared at the VMAs to debut a new trailer from The Twilight Saga: New Moon, but this year the VMAs fall far ahead of any film releases in this franchise (except, perhaps, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse on DVD).
So, for now it's just Ashley Greene that has been announced, but keep an ear out for more announcements when future VMAs presenter lists are sent out!
Voting is still open for the MTV Video Music Awards, and the Twilight music group is a big part of the nominations list, so head here

Q: I hear that most of the guys in this movie had to do the Wolf Camp workout, even if they weren’t wolves. (I know you are not a wolf!) Did you get put into the training camp again?
MW: I did not do much of that because I am not a wolf. There is a big fight scene in the third film (Eclipse) where the Cullen clan and the wolf pack get together and have to fight this army of what is called “newborn vampires” so they went through like months of training and all that…but for me, I am just at the high school cafeteria. We mere mortals in high school did not go through any of that.

I have turned down roles that I found morally reprehensible… but in the same breath I must concede that I love playing morally reprehensible characters. As long as it’s tasteful and intelligent, and my family promises to never see it, I might do nudity… Might.

A Rep For James Franco Says The Actor Will NOT Be Joining The Breaking Dawn Cast!
In the interview James stated that he was reading Twilight for a project.
Much speculation came out of that interview. We all assumed the obvious — James was joining the Breaking Dawn cast.

A rep for Franco tells Gossip Cop the speculation about him joining Breaking Dawn is “not true.”
Rumors often seem to come from thin air, their origins a mystery. Given the Esquire piece, this one is at least somewhat more reasonable — but it’s still inaccurate.

Eclipse domestic box office set to surpass New Moon totals
After the Monday box office numbers are in, in all probability, Eclipse will break the box office total set by New Moon. If not Monday, it will no doubt have it by Tuesday.New Moon capped its box office run of 133 days with a figure of $296,623,634 domestically.
Twilight capped off its 147 day box office run with a figure of $192,769,854 domestically.
As of right now Eclipse, is on day 47 with a domestic total of $295,842,444.
The movie has been pulling in roughly $300,000 during weekdays the last week. So, assuming that pattern continues, Eclipse will over take the New Moon total by the time figures are released tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday at the latest.
After this benchmark, it will be interesting to see if it can be the first primarily female driven film to crack the $300,000,000 mark since Titanic.

Gossip Cop confirms ‘Breaking Dawn’ filming schedule
Gossip Cop has confirmed the rumored production schedule for the filming of Breaking Dawn, starting in November.
Over the past few days, rumors about Breaking Dawn’s production have picked up as filming on the final installment of The Twilight Saga nears.
While some speculation about casting — and alleged “delays” — is far from true, a reported timetable for work on the films is accurate.
A source close to the production confirms to Gossip Cop that filming will begin in November (as we reported last week) and extend until roughly March 15.
Although the expansive nature of Bill Condon’s two-parter (and size of his cast) means there could be minor schedule tweaks, the timetable is set.

Taylor Lautner, who starred in the “Twilight” series and is in Pittsburgh filming “Abduction,” enjoyed his time on the field, talking with Steelers players, coaches and even saying hi to some excited young fans.
Lautner, who told me you can’t help but get the feel for Steelers-mania as soon as you arrive in Pittsburgh, really got a feel for it at Heinz Field and soaked it all in. Among the players Lautner met were Hines Ward, Ryan Clark and Dan Sepulveda. Sepulveda told Lautner that people come up to him all of the time and tell him that he looks like him. Lautner agreed. For all of the “Team Jacob” fans out there, the good news is Lautner is extremely nice and sincere.
