According to an article over at E! Robert Pattinson is signed on for the Hope for Haiti telethon. He will be the presenter in London. Their will be performance by Jay-Z and Bono.
George Clooney is set to host from Los Angeles. Wyclef John will host in New York City and CNN newsman Anderson Cooper will be in Haiti.
Here is some information on the event from E!:
E! will join ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CNN, BET, CW, HBO, MTV, VH1, CMT, the Style Network and the National Geographic Channel in airing the global telethon, which will run for two hours and be broadcast from Los Angeles, New York and Haiti starting at 8 p.m. ET/PT. All donations will directly benefit Oxfam America, Partners in Health, Red Cross, UNICEF and Wyclef’s Yéle Haiti Foundation.
The event is January 22nd.
