Now, he's been named one of the "most important people in UK menswear" by GQ.com.
According to them, Robert Pattinson "is today's ultimate male fashion icon."
Pattinson was named number five out of one hundred men on the list, topped only by Sir Philip Green, Harold Tillman, Paul Kelly, and Sir Paul Smith - all of whom are in the business of menswear and accessories sales and development.
Aside from Pattinson, the rest of the top ten list also looks a little purist, hosting mostly designers, creative directors, and CEOs related to the fashion industry itself.
In fact, the next highest placement of a person not specifically involved in the business at large is David Beckham . . . but even he moonlights as a regular male model when he's not kicking around a soccer ball.
Daniel Craig, a.k.a. "James Bond," is the next closest thing - placed at number fifty-eight.
Pattinson's placement on GQ's list, then, certainly speaks to his capacity to influence.
