In Pattinson's interview, he talked about his experience in picking up the script for Remember Me, saying that "it just seemed like, it’s one of those movies that seems like it’s never going to get made because it’s so different."
Pattinson also talked about the difficulty of categorizing the picture, saying that "it feels like that kind of late 70’s kind of romantic . . . romantic dramas were a little bit deeper than they are now. There were no heroes, no villains . . . just sort of a good family trying to deal with tough times, I guess."
The two went on to talk about how Robert Pattinson perceives all of the attention that he has received since becoming a part of the Twilight saga, both from fans and tabloids.
