Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner hit up Rome to promote 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse'

There's definitely no rest for the weary when it comes to Twilight stars. In this case, after a weekend of press conferences, interviews, television show tapings, and one very exciting stop at a Twilight convention, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner are back overseas promoting The Twilight Saga: Eclipse . . . this time in Rome, Italy.
One Italian Twilight fansite, Twilighters Italia, has been tweeting about the appearance, saying:

• "They talked a lot about David Slade, he's a good director, and there will be a dark side very impressive in the movie"
• "Kristen and Taylor were very happy about the seriousness of the press conference, no personal questions asked."
