There’s no doubt about it: right now Robert Pattinson is the most famous actor in the world. His role as cold-skinned, warm-hearted vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight movie saga has propelled this young British actor to idol status almost overnight. But – perhaps taking a cue from his character, who loves humanity despite himself – Mr. Pattinson hasn’t let his grueling production schedule or his mega-fame keep him from contributing regularly to causes he cares about.
