Stephenie Meyer's 'Bree Tanner' novella poised to be number one for the year in the U.K.

It looks like Stephenie Meyer's Bree Tanner might just be the United Kingdom's best-selling book of the year this year - at least, that's where early sales numbers are leading industry predictions.
After news that Meyer's The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella had become an early best-seller, more numbers are in, and The Bookseller reports that "Stephenie Meyer's Twilight novella, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner (Atom), sold 136,995 copies in its first full week at UK bookshops . . . it is the strongest ever weekly sale from a children's/young adult author since TCM records began in 2001."
Deadline Hollywood states that the novella "has sold 226,589 copies so far in the UK" and that "Waterstones, the largest bookshop chain, expects it to be the biggest-selling book of the year."
