‘Twilight’ and ‘Breaking Dawn’ Inspired Wedding Shoot

StyleMePretty.com is featuring an absolutely beautiful Twilight and Breaking Dawn inspired Wedding Tablescape  created by event planners Lina Wallace and Heather Ham.
Here is what Lina and Heather had to say about this beautiful Wedding shoot -
We mainly took our inspiration from the fourth book in The Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer, Breaking Dawn, in which the two characters Bella and Edward get married. The wedding was described as taking place at the house where Edward and his family live in the woods surrounded by all white flowers. We also took inspiration from the iconic cover of the first book where hands are holding an apple. Apples were used as escort cards, candleholders, a cake topper, and our signature beverage, hot apple cider.
For our ceremony setup we had floating rose heads and crystals hanging from a tree with a simple white rose petal aisle.
For the bouquet, we used peonies, roses, lisianthus, dusty miller and bluporum tied with a simple white ribbon that had the words “so the lion fell in love with the lamb” written by our calligrapher, Calligraphy Katrina.
Melody of Sweet and Saucy designed the cake. She took our themes and ideas and made a cake that is truly unique and beautiful incorporating our color scheme as well as the branches and the apple of course.
For the favors, we had several options including buttons with “Team Bella” and “Team Edward”, as well as miniature green trees and pashmina wraps in coordinating colors.
For our main tablescape we used all white flowers (roses, lisianthus and hydrangea) as well as some greenery (dusty miller and bluporum and a few succulents). We incorporated apples as candleholders as well as using floating candles in glass containers and silver candelabras. We had a lace table runner made by Sashes of love placed down the center of the table. We had menus made by our calligrapher with each guest’s name (Bella, Edward, Alice, Emmett, Esme, Carlisle, Rosalie and Jasper). We used a chocolate brown satin ribbon with a crystal broach at each place setting.
We also decided to do a “Luxe for Less” look to show brides how they could take a high-end tablescape and interpret it into something more reasonable for those concerned with their budget. Instead of the rented wooden tables we used a standard linen in camel. We used wooden folding chairs in an antique finish and used a single candelabra with a few floral centerpieces for a similar effect as the main tablescape.
We wanted to bring Bella and Edward’s wedding to life similar to how it is described in the book. We’ve seen other inspirations that are very gothic and dark using reds and blacks, but we wanted to show our interpretation of what their wedding would really look like with delicate, light, airy details.
Check out more pictures after the break!

CNN Reports: Can ‘Wolfman’ Destroy Vampire Fever?

CNN.com has a new article discussing whether or not the new movie Wolfman can beat out Vampires and become the next ‘hot’ thing.
In the article they also discuss Taylor Lautner and New Moon -
Until Taylor Lautner beefed up and began walking around shirtless in “New Moon,” there wasn’t a chance in the underworld that werewolves could steal pop culture’s rabid affection for vampires. But now that moviegoers’ appetites have been whetted for this particularly hairy breed of supernatural beast, perhaps the new horror movie “The Wolfman,” starring Benicio Del Toro and Anthony Hopkins, can help the myth finally step out from the, er, non-shadow of vampires after all.
n the past 30 years, there have been a number of films dedicated to the frightening — and sometimes hilarious — things that can happen when under the werewolf curse, yet the genre has never soared into popularity. We’re officially past “New Moon” frenzy, and werewolves haven’t exactly shown up in TV series, novels and other movies the same way vampirism has since “Twilight” and its cohorts left their mark.
“Vampires have always been more popular because there’s a romantic element,” Slantmagazine.com film critic Nick Schager said. “They’re striking, dashing, and there are sexual components to the legend.”
The werewolf, on the other hand, is not only plagued by a “cheesiness” factor that happens when the special effects are poor, Schager said, the myth itself is also decidedly less romantic.
Even Lautner’s character, whose houndish transformation does retain some elements of the werewolf myth, turns into a wolf only when the undead come around, making him a somewhat safer choice for his love interest.
On top of that, the “New Moon” wolf men seem to become more attractive once their supernatural gene kicks in, and in typical werewolf genre films, “you don’t get to be the good-looking, debonair hunk from ‘True Blood,’ ” Schager said. “It’s all about losing control and turning into a beast.”
IMO – Wolfman will not destroy Vampire fever. That’s all I have to say about that.

Robert Pattinson's 'Details' cover issue revealed

'Details'
Oh, the drama surrounding Robert Pattinson (star of The Twilight Saga: New Moon, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, and Remember Me)'s feature in Details Magazine's 10th Anniversary Issue. Prior to the feature reveal, there was a lot of speculation about the nature of the photoshoot accompanying the interview, the bulk of which was whether Pattinson would be revealing too much of his body.
As it turns out, it wasn't Pattinson baring all but rather his fellow photo subjects.
Regardless, Details has revealed its feature of Robert Pattinson, and it is now available for viewing online.
To put it mildly, this spread (and accompanying video) is not suitable for minors. The photos contain female nudity on several occasions, though tastefully and artfully done.
Additionally, Jenny Lumet's write-up, which chronicles her several encounters with Pattinson - from before Remember Me began filming until right before he began filming Bel Ami - contains quite a few profanities, but it is a detailed account of how the Twilight star is coping with and presently perceiving his sudden fame and altered situation.
Here's an excerpt from the article:
We're inside, at a warm corner of the hotel's Brasserie Max, and Rob is having another beer. We're talking about how he copes. "When I was 17 until, I don't know, 20, I had this massive, baseless confidence. This very clear idea of myself and how I would achieve success, which involved making decisions. I saw myself picking up the phone and saying 'Absolutely not' or 'Definitely yes.' Having control. Except you have to figure out whether the way you think at 19 or 20 has any value. And eventually I understood, with all that control, which was probably illusory, I wasn't progressing. So now I'm relinquishing a bit.
An extremely interesting bit is near the end, where Pattinson is telling the story of his experiences with and appreciation for elephants. It almost seems metaphorical it's so vivid. It is especially interesting considering he's in talks for Water For Elephants.
You can read the full feature here. The photos are available here, and a video compilation of the portraits is available here. Once again, readers are warned that all of these features are intended for adults.

'The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn' in 3D?

'Breaking Dawn' by Stephenie Meyer - Hatchette Books
Over the course of the past few months, a great many conversations have been had about the various potential efficacies of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
Of course, the primary debate has been (at least recently) over whether the story would be made into one or two films . . . and, though a seemingly reliable indication of the latter option being chosen was issued this week, the studio has assured fans that there is no official decision on the matter just yet.
Nevertheless, a new, very interesting conversation was begun by The Hollywood Reporter this week as well about whether the film (or films, perhaps) would be in 3D.
"3D or not 3D, that is the question," presents THR, who states that "The halls of Summit are also alive with the parallel potential of filming the last film — or films — in 3D."
As you already know, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is treading into IMAX waters, and a movement by Breaking Dawn into the third dimension would not be incredibly off the progressional mark.
Of course, there are already disagreements on the issue, reports THR. "Some [fans] are already begging Summit not to do it."
There are certainly some potential benefits to a 3D Breaking Dawn.
[*Warning: the remainder of this post contains spoilers about Breaking Dawn*]
Think about the vibrancy and brilliance of Bella's first moments and experiences as a vampire in 3D. Also, consider the idea of seeing the special traits and talents of the newly introduced vampires come to life in this format. These portions of the story would certainly benefit from the special effects that 3D offers.
On the other hand, there are also reasons why it might not be such a delight. Imagine the Renesmee birthing scene in 3D (shiver). There are other, similar potential traumas that could come from the use of 3D, of course, but this stands out as the most complicated visual issue with a 3D The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn.
Of course, the studio has yet to officially announce whether the film will be one or two much less whether the film will be 3D, so, as of now, it's sheer speculation.

'Twilight' kiss makes top '50 Classic Movie Kisses'

'Twilight' - Summit Ent.
Goodness knows that the first kiss been "Edward" (Robert Pattinson) and "Bella" (Kristen Stewart) in Twilight was a highly anticipated moment.
Apparently, that kiss was one of the several moments from Twilight that made an impact on the general film community.
It has been listed on The Los Angeles Times Magazine's "50 Classic Movie Kisses."
The Twilight kiss took 49th place (just above An Education) on the list, and it is joined by a great many classic love stories and dramatic films (including A Farewell To Arms, Gone With The Wind, A Streetcar Named Desire, Beauty And The Beast, Lady And The Tramp, Breakfast At Tiffany's, The Sound Of Music, Romeo And Juliet, Love Story, Sixteen Candles, Top Gun, Titanic, Ghost, The Notebook, and Brokeback Mountain).
Just this week, Twilight's car crash scene was listed as one of the most romantic movie moments, and, when asked for other scenes that might be considered even more romantic, at least a couple of readers pointed to this kiss scene as taking the cake.

Scans from Robert Pattinson’s Details Magazine shoot have been found via IMDB.
Here is what Twininkle at IMDB had to say -
My friend just got a hold of a Details and Vogue and she’s scannning right now!!! She said I could post this here so I’ll add as soon as they’re ready!
—Details cover is a fold out Rob on cover sitting between nekkid woman’s legs. He’s got his hand on her calf & the fold out has his hand on the others ass (in a thong). He looks hot.
—Full frontal nekkid models. One in tub, him beside her looking in tub. Artsy look…
–Topless model with him on patio over looking ocean. Arm on her waist. Her taking photo of him
—He & topless model have scarves over their heads & are in a kiss.
—other pics are in a mansion. Kind of cool. He’s in the artwork like the master of the house. Looking over the nekkid women in the room.
— Delaney’s pic is from the magazine. It’s the same one.
- Jenny lumet did interview. Was done in London day before BA started filming.
Here’s a quote to get us started!!
“I think there might be something wrong with my emotional sight. The only emotional connection of relevance in with my dog. My relationship with my dog, it’s ridiculous”
She says the Vogue shots are beautiful.
VOGUE – 2 pics of Rob alone. 2 of Rob & Emilie. Small short article about RM.
I don’t know about you .. but where I am its pretty cold outside. I think it just got REALLY hot in here…
