Twilight' stars Anna Kendrick and Robert Pattinson nominated for Jameson Empire Awards

Anna Kendrick has been nominated for "Best Newcomer" for her work in both Up In The Air and The Twilight Saga: NewMoon.
Robert Pattinson, meanwhile, has been nominated for "Best Actor" for his work in New Moon.
Kendrick is nominated alongside Carey Mulligan (An Education), Aaron Johnson (Nowhere Boy), Sharlto Copley (District 9), and Katie Jarvis (Fish Tank).
Meanwhile, Pattinson is nominated with Sam Worthington (Avatar), Sir Michael Caine (Harry Brown), Christoph Waltz (Inglourious Basterds), and Robert Downey, Jr. (Sherlock Holmes).
The Jameson Empire 2010 Awards are democratic in the sense that they are open to public voting, so head on over and cast your vote for these two right here.

Michael Sheen talks about 'White Rabbit' and Tim Burton for 'Alice In Wonderland'

In the film, Sheen portrays the "White Rabbit," and he explained that the character is "similar to the original in that the White Rabbit is the point of entry for Alice into the world of Wonderland . . . the White Rabbit I think . . . is the call to adventure for Alice."
According to his account, every great adventure story has a character that serves this purpose of bringing the protagonist into a new and exciting world and set of circumstances.
In addition to discussing his character's innate value to the story, he also talked about his experience in working with the acclaimed Tim Burton.
"I got to work with Tim on all the sessions that I did which was a real pleasure," he said. "His main thing was to let my instincts go and to let me do where I wanted go with it but at the same time to keep it very un-cartoon-like . . . as real as possible and as believable as possible."
In a similar recent interview with OK! Magazine in Britain, Sheen revealed the mechanics of how he worked on the set of Alice In Wonderland.
"My rabbit was all created with CGI. They filmed me doing all the dialogue and used all my movements but I didn't have to wear the green Lycra bodysuit like Matt [Lucas, who plays Tweedledum and Tweedledee] did.
