Emma Watson: Incarceron’s Leading Lady?
Source: JustJaredEmma Watson isn’t having any trouble moving on from the Harry Potter franchise.
JustJared.com can exclusively reveal that the 20-year-old British actress is looking like the top contender to play leading lady Claudia in Incarceron, a young-adult fantasy and science fiction novel written by Catherine Fisher. Taylor Lautner is attached to star in a movie adaptation of the novel.
The book was first released in the U.S. last year and appeared on the New York Times children’s bestseller list. The second novel in the series, Sapphique, was released in paperback yesterday.
20th Century Fox owns the film rights to the book series and will be produced by John Palermo (X-Men: The Last Stand, Drive, Wolverine)

After touring with Miley and the Jo Bros, Boo Boo, 17, and his sister Fivel, 14, are now preparing for the release of their first studio album - and it may just surprise you. The record, titled “Change,” is an 11 song compilation of tracks that encompasses their desire to “make the world a better place.” Their current single “Rainy Day” combines a retro/punk beat with a fresh new vibe. Add to that Boo Boo’s playful guitar licks and Fivel’s harmonic vocals and You Get a fun, yet skillfully mastered musical experience that earns them some bonafied creds.
In addition to their musical career, these two have a diversified talent portfolio which includes acting, producing, dancing, modeling, and the Marshal Arts. Most recently, Boo Boo has appeared as Seth Clearwater, the newest member of The Pack inThe Twilight Saga: Eclipse. His character Seth is now expanding into the next chapter of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, and he’s set to appear in two more films by 2012.
Boo Boo, you joined Team Jacob as Seth Clearwater for the The Twilight Saga: Eclipse. You are now working on The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. What can you tell us about that experience?
Boo Boo: Yes. I’ve been out there filming and it’s been really fun. It’s just a really cool thing to be a part of. Bill Condon (director) has been really great. We have a couple more months to go, and yea, it’s been really cool.
Fivel, Team Jacob or Team Edward?
Fivel: I’m actually Team Seth
As you should be {laughs}, but given the choice between Jacob and Edward, which would you choose?
I’d actually choose Edward.
You’re up at the Twilight convention in San Francisco this weekend. What type of things will you be doing there?
Boo Boo: Yes, I’m going to be there Saturday and Sunday the 5th and the 6th, and what we do is we sign autographs, we do Q&A’s, photo ops. I just hang out with the fans all of the time.
