EW: Why ‘The Hunger Games’ isn’t the new ‘Twilight’
It’s Twilight all over again.How many times have I heard that in the two years since The Hunger Games came out? Too many too count. And I have to say, it continues to baffle me: These novels could not be more different. Stephenie Meyer’s is more of a traditional romance (populated, I grant you, by some pretty untraditional characters); while Suzanne Collins’ is a tale of war and survival.Read more here.
Is it that both books star unforgettable women? I suppose you could say that in the most sweeping and general sense, Katniss Everdeen and Bella Swan are alike: Both have cores of steel. They know what they want, and they aren’t going to back down. But for me, any similarity ends there.

A rep for Summit tells Gossip Cop, “Neither film is being shot in 3D,” and calls the rumors “fabricated.”Read more here.
And a source informs Gossip Cop that while 3D effects can be added during post-production (as they have with some recent releases), right now it is too premature to say whether either part of Breaking Dawn will be converted.

In a recent string of tweets from TROIX Magazine’s twitter we are led to believe that is just what’s happening!
The only difference is that not only are they shooting Jackson but Jerad Anderson, Ben Johnson, Ben Graupner, and Uncle Larry as well! Looks like all the members of 100Monkeys are going to be in the next issue!

This year, more than 350 communities in all 50 states and Washington, DC, were nominated for the 100 Best competition.
