Stephenie Meyer's 'Bree Tanner' story previewed

'The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner' by Stephenie Meyer

The backstory of "Bree Tanner" is definitely something we know will be revealed in Stephenie Meyer's The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner: An Eclipse Novella, but the specifics are yet to come.
A few hints at what the character's story wil entail have been revealed by Twilight Lexicon and Crepusculo Meyer as follows:

The story describes Bree Tanner’s life and the new born vampires turned by Victoria who are created in order to kill Bella. Bree makes friends with one of the newborns, sort of lovely interest, with Diego, another vampire of the group. Both of them feel that have been used and have doubts about the real intentions of the leader of the newborns, plus: her vision is different and bloodless than other newborn vampires. Diego mysteriously disappears, leaving Bree even more confused and disconcerted.

Along the road, Bree makes friends with Riley, an elevated newborn vampire ... leading her to a terrible end in hands of Volturis who we have known through the story of Eclipse.
